Meine Helder, mis héroes, my heroes

As many of you have heard, President Bush has finally met his match, being confronted face to face with those representing the true moral majority of America, who adamantly oppose any justification of torture as a practice by and for Americans. And who would these brave and noble souls be that had the conviction to stand up to the President himself on an issue as grave as this? 50 American high school students.

As these students were meeting with the President as representatives of the Presidential Scholars, I have decided to lend them my support by sending a contribution to this scholarship program, along with a letter praising this notable, and in my opinion, historic, exchange between the students and the President. When the history books are written of our dark era, they will note that there were those who opposed President Bush, who stood for true justice, and the true American way.
